You will be provided with an individual mailbox and key that will hold your mail until you pick it up, or we can forward it to any address you provide for a shipping fee. We will collect and distribute your mail as you need us to. It can be forwarded daily, weekly, or monthly. A mail forwarding deposit of $50.00 is required; all packages have a three (3) month minimum, and require a 30 day written cancellation notice to cancel.

Mail handling Procedures:

• Mail forwarding will be deducted from a minimum $50.00 deposit to cover fees and postage. Once your deposit balance reaches $10.00 you will be notified
• International mail forwarding customers must add an additional $25.00 deposit
• Mail pick-up is available between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm est.,  Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)
• Mail forwarding charges are based on the published listed rates by the selected carrier plus a $2.50 per transaction handling fee
