Our fully furnished executive suites are readily available for your immediate occupancy; just bring your computer and rolodex and be ready to call Griffin Pointe “your office” within 48 hours. Create the work place you need for you and your team, from a single office to an entire department.  You can grow your business or cut overhead expenses as your company needs change.

  • Premium Suite has a window, accommodates 2 people
  • Deluxe Suite has a window, accommodates 1 person
  • Standard Suite is an interior suite, accommodates 1 person
  • Standard Plus is an interior suite, accommodates 2 people
  • Work Station Center is an interior area with cubicle setting for 5 people


All offices are tastefully decorated. Dimensions of the suites vary and range from 113 up to 220 square foot; the “Work Station Center” is approximately 340 square foot. The number of people noted equals the number of desks furnished in the suite. If you need to add a person most suites would comfortably accommodate another person however an additional occupancy fee would be charged and you would be responsible for additional furnishings.

Details

Once you choose your office suite and the lease terms to fit your business needs, you’ll sign the lease and be given keys to your office suite and your mailbox. Access to your office is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding holidays. Receptionist services will be provided during those hours to greet your visitors and assist with answering your telephone and screening your calls. You are welcome to pick up you mail during regular office hours or we can forward it to you (additional fee for Mail Forwarding) as requested. You’ll have access to our fully-equipped kitchen and business lounge as well as hot beverages throughout your day. You’ll also be able to schedule business meetings and utilize the conference room for larger group meetings.

Terms

Short-term and long-term leases are available for all of our suites. Our short-term lease is (3) three months however if you sign a 6 or 12 month lease we offer you a discount. Required at lease signing are the first and last months rent as well as a non-refundable telephone set-up fee. Many of the additional services requested would have a deposit associated with them and they work as a debit account, as you utilize the services the money is deducted from the balances; once the amount reaches the minimum balance you would be notified to add funds to continue utilizing the service. A 30-day written notice is required to cancel a lease; basically 30 days prior to the expiration of your selected lease term you would need to notify Griffin Pointe management that you will not be renewing your lease.
